Terms & Conditions

 All products are made to order, with lead times indicated next to each product category. (this excludes weekends and public holidays)

 Rush orders are available on request. Please confirm before making payment , so we can make sure that the lead time for the product allows for it.

 Orders are placed once full payment reflects in our bank account.

 We will send an email to confirm that we have received payment for your order, only once the payment reflects in our bank account (if not banking with ABSA, this may take 2-3 days)

 Once we receive payment we accept all details for the online order to be correct. No refunds will be given for products that are made according to online order specifications.

 Do not iron on any printed garments/linen. Cold wash for all products in our range.


We want you to be delighted with your purchase and if for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly offer a refund or exchange. Please return in unused condition within 7 days. We recommend that you send returns via registered post and keep your proof of postage certificate as Baa Baa Black Sheep cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in the post. We regret we cannot refund any postage incurred if you have changed your mind about your purchases.

Please note that our returns policy does not apply to any “special order” or personalised items that we have obtained especially for you.
